This report was prepared by Ruby Reid, a 2006 Churchill Fellow, for the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust. The author visited a range of disability-focused organisations in the US and UK which include arts programs for people with disabilities in their daily service. The report focuses on innovative models of disability service delivery relating to the arts and community cultural development which could be used by Australian disability organisations.

The report includes descriptions of the programs delivered by 14 organisations, and concludes with recommendations for disability service organisations and for government.
