To build upon the momentum created by Al Gore's, An Inconvenient Truth , the Poola Foundation and Philanthropy Australia co-hosted a briefing on climate change and energy for funders to explain how climate change is affecting Australia and what they and their foundations could do about it. This document was prepared by Amanda Martin, Executive Officer of the Poola Foundation, as an information sheet on climate change which included solutions, what needs to happen and what can be done by individuals and funders.
