This report draws upon the latest research to examine giving trends by affluent individuals in Australia and how these compare with overseas counterparts.

Written by Dr Kym Madden and Dr Wendy Scaife and published by The Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies at Queensland University of Technology.

It was commissioned by The Petre Foundation and launched by Social Ventures Australia. Chairman of Petre Foundation, Daniel Petre, and SVA Chief Executive Michael Traill spoke at the briefing hosted by SVA in both Sydney and Melbourne.
