This guide is a prospectus template for the social sector. It guides community organisations through the key stages of developing a prospectus that can be sent to potential investors in order to attract funds.

The prospectus template allows community organisations to highlight:

  • the social issue their enterprise is addressing
  • the work they are doing on the ground to address the issue
  • their uniqueness, capacity to deliver, and results achieved

By using this tool organisations will be able to clearly articulate to an investor what the social return would be on any investment made.
