Marion Webster OAM is a founding director and current Chair of the Melbourne Community Foundation.

Marion was the founding Executive Director of the Australian Association of Philanthropy, now Philanthropy Australia from 1988-91, and was at ANZ Charitable Trusts for over five years, first as National Manager and then Manager Corporate Relations. Marion has worked in the areas of child, family and migrant welfare and advocacy and serves on the boards of a number of community organisations.
